October 2012 Blood Drive at Lankenau Medical Center
We are so appreciative of everyone who supported the fifth annual Carol H. Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive at Lankenau Medical Center! Whether you donated blood, volunteered your time, served as a sponsor, or helped us spread the word about the drive, you were an integral part of making this milestone blood drive successful. We couldn’t have done it without you!
We are thrilled to report that 237 units of blood were collected at the blood drive, making it our most productive drive yet! Those 237 units will be used to help more than 700 people receive transfusions of the lifesaving blood products they need. In supporting the blood drive, you truly have helped to change someone's life.
