May 2017 Blood Drive in Radnor Township, PA
The results of our blood drive at the Radnor Township Municipal Building are in, and the numbers are incredible!
With your help, we collected 173 units of blood, smashing our goal and representing our highest one-day collection total ever. But the best news of all is that those 173 units will save or prolong the lives of as many as 519 people in the days and weeks ahead!
Whether you donated blood, volunteered your time, provided food or drawing prizes, assisted with logistics, or helped us spread the word and recruit blood donors, you played an integral role in this outcome, and we are so grateful to you. With these results from Radnor, the Carol H. Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive has now helped as many as 8,955 patients spend more time with their families!
We are also very pleased that this blood drive was able to raise support for Radnor Fire Company and Radnor Memorial Library. While our efforts in Radnor take place once a year, the people at the fire company and the library serve our community each and every day. We thank them for everything they do to make Radnor a safe and vibrant place to live and work.
Our family extends our
most heartfelt thanks for your continued support!
Thank you to all of the extremely generous businesses and organizations that supported the May 2017 blood drive!
Special thanks also go to the numerous friends and family members whose contributions of time, ideas, drawing prizes, and support provided an enormous boost to our efforts. The blood drive could not have been successful without all of them!
