July 2017 Blood Drive in Lansdale, PA

Thank you for supporting the Carol H. Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive at the Reserve at Gwynedd on July 12!

We are thrilled to announce that 124 units of blood were collected, meaning that as many as 372 patients will be able to receive lifesaving transfusions in the days and weeks ahead.

We are also very pleased that this blood drive was able to raise support and awareness for the VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn and the Wissahickon Valley Public Library, and for the important work that both of these organizations are doing in the community.

Whether you donated blood, volunteered your time, provided food or drawing prizes, assisted with logistics, or helped us spread the word and recruit blood donors, you played an integral role in the blood drive’s outcome, and we are so grateful to you. With these results from our Lansdale-area drive, the Carol H. Axelrod Memorial Blood Drive has now helped as many as 9,327 patients spend more time with their families!

Again, our family extends our most heartfelt thanks for your continued support and for your commitment to saving lives.

Thank you to all of the extremely generous businesses and organizations that supported the                               July 2017 blood drive!

Special thanks also go to the numerous friends and family members whose contributions of time, ideas, drawing prizes, and support provided an enormous boost to our efforts. The blood drive could not have been successful without all of them!
